Custom MVS Bridge
Our in-house designed and manufactured MVS Bridge have some new features compared to the OEM. Piezo Actuator Focus System, LED Illumination and Custom Electronics for control backwards compatible with 362 or UTS PC Based Controller.
Custom Controller / Software
Our in-house designed Stepper control software for all 1000 series UTS, This can be customized based on the customer requirement. Uses latest hardware with Windows 10 or newer operation system.
Universal Robotic Loader
Universal Robotic Loader available to improve positioning of wafers on the chuck. This can be configured to support multiple wafer sizes without changing any hardware. It also allows for double sided wafers and delicate substrates.
Field Service / Applications
Our skilled engineers can come to your factory and solve any issues you may have. We can also offer remote support for Process / Applications. Training Classes are available on request.
