Refurbished Ultratech Steppers

Custom MVS Bridge

Convert your WAS machine to MVS using our in-house designed MVS Bridge. Replace your defective / old MVS Bridge for new one with additional features. Fits on all UTS from the 1500 base model, 9mm minimum camera separation (Micro Objective), Piezo Actuator Focus Adjustment, LED illumination (No More Changing Lamps), Different Prism Options Flipper / Fixed.

Custom Stepper Control Software

Brand New Hardware running Windows 10 64bit on a 12th Gen Intel CPU computer, in-house designed Stepper control software replace your old HP362 computer or Windows 2000/XP controller for our new controller. Enjoy a fully customized solution we can improve your process / throughput / yield by creating a run mode specifically for your product type. Universal Robotic Loader

Can handle different wafer sizes without changing any Stepper components 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 inch wafers. Size is determined by the used carrier. Handles delicate substrates without breakage (Sapphire / Double Sided), Single or Dual Arm for faster throughput. Mapping Sensor for checking wafers in carrier. Ultratech Stepper Support / Field Service / Applications

Our skilled engineers can come to your factory and solve any issues you may have. We can also offer remote support for Process / Applications. Training Classes are available on request.

Computer Upgrades / Repairs for all machines

Our team of experts can help you to restore your old computer / controllers from all machines in your fab. We are able to repair old hardware / replace old hardware with newer equivalent.
